What Is Responsible Gaming and Why It Matters
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming in a way that has no negative impact on your personal life, family, finances, or mental wellbeing. 09b's responsible gaming policy exists to make sure of exactly that.
Gaming is enjoyable when it stays as entertainment. But when it's driven by emotion or financial pressure, that's when problems begin. Responsible gaming means playing knowingly, mindfully, and within your own means.
09b has always put player wellbeing first. We believe a happy, healthy player is our best partner — which is why responsible gaming at 09b isn't just policy, it's part of who we are.
Online gaming is growing rapidly in Bangladesh, with a new generation joining every day. Building a culture of responsible gaming has never been more important — and 09b is committed to leading the way.

How to Set Gaming Limits
Setting limits is the most effective way to practice responsible gaming. Follow the steps below.
1
Set a monthly entertainment budget
Subtract all essential expenses from your monthly income. Set aside a small portion of what remains for entertainment. Keep your gaming spending within that entertainment budget.
2
Set a Daily Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will game each day. Never let gaming cut into time for sleep, family, or work.
3
Set limits on your account
Go to your 09b account and activate deposit limits and session time limits. Once set, any changes take 24–48 hours to take effect — this is intentional.
4
Review regularly
Review your gaming history every week. Check whether you're staying within budget and adjust your limits lower if needed.
5
Take a Break
After several consecutive days of gaming, take a few days off. Use the cooling-off period and spend time with family and friends.
Self-exclusion is a powerful safeguard that lets you decide to take a complete break from gaming for a set period of time. It is a brave and responsible step to take.
How to Self-Exclude
- Log in to your 09b account and go to Account Settings.
- Look for the "Responsible Gaming" or "Self-Exclusion" option.
- Choose your exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent.
- Complete the verification process.
- Once the exclusion takes effect, you will no longer be able to log in.
What happens during exclusion
- Access to your account will be suspended.
- Promotional communications will be stopped.
- Your balance will be kept safe.
- Once the period expires, you'll need to contact us to reactivate your account.
💡
If you attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period, we will cancel it. This rule exists to protect you.
