These Terms & Conditions (referred to herein as "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 09b and its users. 09b is an online gaming platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, and related entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• If you have an active bonus, you must meet the wagering requirements before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC is not completed.

09b offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

Wagering Requirement

All games on 09b are conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all gaming activity.

• All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), verified by third-party auditors.
• Each game has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read them before placing a bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be refunded.

Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, you may be able to cancel a bet before an event begins. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.

09b believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. That's why responsible gaming is our top priority.

Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (from 1 day up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account for an extended period (from 6 months up to permanent).
